Did y’all not get the memo?! The track that everyone has been thirsty for is finally here. I’m actually glad that this didn’t make it on Nothing Was The Same because it would have thrown the vibe off. It should have been a bonus track on the deluxe copy but free is better!

It’s so hard to do a list like this when so much music gets released in just a year! I think 2013 was an awesome year for the music lovers because there were comebacks from Justin Timberlake, Pharrell, Timbaland; game changers like JAY Z who released one million copies for free; and industry shakers like Beyonce surprised the world with a new album exclusively on iTunes. Even though there were a lot of albums that got released, my list is going to be a mix of studio albums and mixtapes.

Here is the list of my 2013 soundtrack.

1. Nothing Was The Same – Drake
2. The 20/20 Experience – Justin Timberlake
3. Yeezus – Kanye West
4. PARTYNEXTDOOR – PARTYNEXTDOOR
5. Magna Carta… Holy Grail – JAY Z
6. BEYONCE – Beyonce
7. Owl Pharaoh – Travi$ Scott
8. Love in the Future – John Legend
9. My Name is My Name – Pusha T
10. Born Sinner – J Cole
11. Duel EP – Sampha
12. Blurred Lines – Robin Thicke
13. Pure Heroine – Lorde
14. Hall of Fame – Big Sean
15. Love In Flying Colors – The Foreign Exchange
16. afterhours – Majid Jordan
17. Wolf – Tyler, The Creator
18. Random Access Memories – Daft Punk
19. Feel Good – The Internet
20. Anything In Return – Toro y Moi

Ending off a fantastic 2013, Drake is releasing five new freebies for your New Years Eve party! I would have never thought that Soulja Boy and Drake would link up for a track. I mean come on… Soulja Boy a producer? HA! I guess after hearing this trap sound with Drake’s flow a lot of rappers in 2014 will ask Soulja Boy for a beat. He made it!

Rick Ross was suppose to give us his new album for the cold winter but unfortunately it’s getting pushed for 2014; for the better. When these two link up it’s always magical. Maybach Music, 3 Kings, Free Mason, Fuckwithmeyouknowigotit are all classic records and The Devil Is a Lie will be making its way on the list. The devil never sounded this great!
